Virgin Superhub – Another Win For The Dark Knight

A friend of mine is with Virgin (like me) and as had all sorts of problems with his internet connection cutting out (not just to his laptop but to all devices in the house).

As he conducts business meetings over skype, he called Virgin and they came out, replaced the Superhub with another one but said they could not find any problems.

He still had problems and they came out again but could not find an issue.

The problem became so bad that he wanted to buy out of his contract with Virgin and join sky.

As a coincidence, we were talking last week and he explained the problem and I referred him to my blog about why I like the Asus Dark Knight cable router.

Anyway, he purchased the router and turned his superhub into modem mode (so the Asus does the wifi and routing work).

He has not had any issues since then and his TV in the kitchen, now gets a wifi signal which it never did with the Virgin Superhub.

Another win for the Asus Dark Knight (available below) 🙂
